Hi All,
i am download this package OTRS--ITSM Bundle----ITSM-3.1.7.opm
but i can't get guide of installation in ubuntu

you need to install OTRS first. then install the .opm via OTRS package manager
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

Never change Defaults.pm! :: Blog
