Import outlook contacts

Hello,

I would like to know if there is an option or feature that will allow me to import contacts to the OTRS address book

do you want to mass import customers?

check out otrs.AddCustomerUser.pl
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

where can I find otrs.AddCustomerUser.pl (sorry , Newbie :)

Does every contact in the address book has to be defined as a customer?

there's no point in (generally) having people in OTRS who aren't customers or agents. OTRS isn't a mailbox.
