you can not find it. You need to buy a support subcription with the OTRS Group to get it

Hallo,

gibt es dafür eigentlich eine Version für 3.2.x.
Ich habe das Paket OTRSTicketMaskExtensions 1.0.13 installiert. Das ist aber für das Framework 3.1.x
Nach dem Update auf das Framework 3.2.x sagt meine OTRS Installation, dass die Installation von OTRSTicketMaskExtensions nicht in Ordnung sei.
Das Online Verzeichnis zeigt aber keine neue Version dafür an.

die Feature AddOns lassen sich nicht Online updaten, da sie exclusiv für Support Kunden sind. Einfach beim OTRS Support anfragen, dann gibt es auch eine neue Version
