HI,
I have configured event based notifications, and i keep getting the same message duplicated several times in side the notification message. I haven't enabled notifications in (agent)preferences. Ticket create admin notification, I'm getting the notification with same message repeated four times. I have configured ticket close by using the Ticket state update, in event based notifications. that mail has 13 times same message repeated over and over again. I have turned off all the notifications in Agent Preferences.
I'm confused about this behavior, Can any one had same experience?
