Hello!
We have our customers all in an LDAP and also user a field for the telephonenumber.
Thats all nice but now and then a custumer calls from a different telephonnumber so we need to a field which we see while adding a new telefonticket and when we open that ticket.
I can`t find a howto for that! Can anybody help me ?
