Hi,
Is it possible to hide dynamic fields based on agent or queue? What I wan't to do:
- we have 2 types of agents (internal and external)
- when closing a ticket the internal agents just can close the ticket
- when closing a ticket the external agents have to fill in some extra dynamic fields (like location, time of arrival, used material, ...)
I was trying to use ACL's but for the dynamic fields you only can define the values. You can't define they are visible or not.
how to hide dynamic fields?

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
