Fehler beim erstellen eines prozess Tickets

Hallo Gemeinde,

ich hab OTRS ind der Version 3.2.0 beta 5 installiert. Alles funktioniert. Nur die Erstellung eines prozess Tickets nicht, dort bekomm ich immer folgende Fehlermeldung:

Nach dem studieren einiger Forenbeiträge und abarbeitung der Lösungswege bin ich leider zu keinem Ergebnis gekommen. Der Apache sagt folgendes:

Sieht für mich erstmal nicht Fehlerhaft aus, hat noch jemand ne Idee wo ich ansetzen könnte?
