Authorisation Queue

Hi All,

I want to know if it is possible to create a queue in OTRS where a user can log a request to have specific access granted to them. When this request is logged, the users manager will need to first approve the ticket before it will be sent off to a different queue (Queue of Type of Access being requested). Once in the new queue the users access is created and the users username and password gets sent to them.
