Hi,
I want to change the existing priority levels and the existing Queues in a Production OTRS system. But i'm just curios about how it affects to existing open tickets? After changing the ACL's if particular Priority or Queue is not available to a particular customer which was there and will it be a problem when I'm closing or performing other actions related to those tickets??

Re: Chaging Exisiting Priorities Affect to Existing Data
Generally, no because such have already been assigned. The bigger issue may be that if you re label the default queue or priority that postmaster expects to assign, you won't receive new tickets via email until you adjust Sysconfig.
