Changing Tab Titles

Hi Guys,

New to posting on this forum! Thanks for taking a look at my post :) I have tried to search for my problem but I haven't been able to find a similar post.

This is probably quite basic but, I was wondering how I could change the page titles that show within my browsers' tabs, I would like to know which file(s) i need to edit please!

please be more specific. All templates are stored in Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

Hi Sorry,

An example of what I would like to change would be, when I log into the agent dashboard in the tab within google chrome it shows "Dashboard - OTRS" I believe its the page title?

Which of the 2 words do you wan't to change?

"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

You can change it via sysconfig. It is in the Core Part of Framework and should called productname
