Dear all,
I'm learning about parent/child ticket in OTRS, I had a question about this: How to manage parent ticket have child tickets are still open. Btw, I could check it one by one via TicketZoom screen, but I have to manage the hundred of tickets per day, so I can't. I'm just thinking about an overview (like a report) display parent/child relationship and status of the, or like a parent/child ticket list on dashboard view. Anyway to config via stat module?
Please give some idea about this.
