OTRS update agents email with agent username

Hello to everyone,

I would appreciate your support on this issue. Every time I login as agent the system automatically set my e-mail address with my username time and time again. I use LDAP fpr authentication.

thats becuase of the sync. So the data in your LDAP needs to be set correctly

Thank you jojo. I dont know if this is a good practice but I fixed the problem. In my Config.pm I comment the email parameter giving me the problem.

so if new users will be creatred you always need to file the mail address manualy in OTRS as an Agent needs an email address
