Hi All,
For some reason, every time I try and open an attachment in OTRS, I get logged out. When logging back in the attachment opens, but it does not actually log me into OTRS.
Any ideads why this is happening?

Hi, we had a similar issue and although i cant remember exactly which option we followed to fix it, we got the following feedback when we investigated so this might help: -
SSO Environment when not configured properly
VPN Conditions when IP's change
When the URL used to access the portal is different from the one configured
a change of http type (i.e. entry via http change to https)
You have a few Feature Add-Ons Installed, one of which is OTRSTicketMaskExtensions. I have included an update for this to version 1.0.27, which may help (and cannot hurt). Please remember to run otrs.LoaderCache.pl -o delete and restart your Webserver to ensure a clean update.
