[Solved] Configure Dashboard to not show one Queue
Hi,
There's some way to hide one specific queue to Dashboard opened tickets? I've tried on Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Dashboard 0130-TicketOpen, but without sucess.
Thanks in advance.

Yes. Group membership is one way.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Among other ways, don't be a member of that group.th13fp45s wrote: hide one specific queue to Dashboard opened tickets
Another way is to not have that queue highlighted in "My Queues" (in your preferences) and then it won't show up in "My Queues" on the dashboard.

Crythias, It worked using the group permissions, but there some way to do a search on a queue that I am not a member?

Re: Configure Dashboard to not show one Queue
you can also change your group membership to "ro" instead of "rw" and it won't show up in Dashboard but you should be able to search it.

No, if "ro" is checked the Dashboard will show the tickets.you can also change your group membership to "ro" instead of "rw" and it won't show up in Dashboard but you should be able to search it.

Re: Configure Dashboard to not show one Queue
well, then you can change dashboard to handle rw only. Otherwise, you can't do what you want.
