Hello,
I've setup authorization in otrs with active directory, for agents and customers.
After initial login of new (non existing) agent I cannot assign agent to QUEUE, field is greyed out...
Is there any way to enable it and assign agent to queue... ? From AD or from otrs

It may be related to the permissions of the account you are using. In order to give my AD-based superuser full permission, I first had to log back in with the default OTRS root account and add the permissions to the superuser account (r/w in all groups). From there, I was able to make changes with my AD-superuser. As an aside, you can skip logging in as the local root account by changing the permission directly in the mySQL db, but I don't know the process.
