Owner Permissions

Hello,

When I try to remove "Owner" permission from an agent, which is described as "Permissions to CHANGE the owner of tickets in this group/queue.", the agent disappears from the list of possible owners when I want to change the owner, and I cannot assign him/her a ticket anymore.
I need to be able to assign the agent the ownership of a ticket, and at the same time prevent him from changing its ownership.

Please advise.

woul only be possible via ACL
