"Dynamic fields" in Change (ITSM).

Hi,
Is it possible to add a dynamic fields in New change? So that after adding the desired fields this can be saved as a template for creating further Changes.

there are Free Fields for Changes which can be activated and configured via sysconfig

Thanks for the supersonic reply But while I traverse through Admin --> SysConfig.
I didn't find any Free Fields for Changes. I just saw a dropdown with following options:

Dynamic fields
Framework
ITSM Change Management
ITSM Configuration Management
Ticket etc.. etc..

I really new to OTRS. So could you please help me in achieving it.

Hi Jojo,
Is it possible to remove all the default fields which are present in "New Change" in OTRS ITSM? If I remove the default fields and add my own customized form, I couldn't able to save it as template. Please help!!

Thanks for the reply, Development means any kind of scripting language like perl, PHP or shell? I mean what language do OTRS use for development?
I have seen the files ending with .dtl so just curious to know which language do they use for development.
