you have to switch your webserver to https first. Please ask yor server admin to generate an SSL Certificae Request, get an SSL certifcate from a vendor and then reconfigure your webserver (again this is part for your admin)

So I do not need to change anything in the configuration files OTRS? you only need to change in Apache?

There's a config within OTRS to change the label from http:// to https:// but that is, shall we say, cosmetic inasmuch as it is something to change AFTER you make https work on your web server.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
