I want only email's that are submitted to end up with the correct agent, and not all agents to receive all.
Every time a new ticket/email arrives, everybody, every agent account receives it.
I am trying to figure out how to do this but can't seem how...
For example,
Suppose someone emailed Joe, Joe then receives the email/ticket and finds out that everybody else received it as well, so Joe decides that every time someone emails him a ticket, that only he can view it, as him being the only agent that receives it. But Joe does not know how to do this.
How can I set this up this way?
So far everyone receives the same ticket.

I hope I make sense.
Another thing, how do I delete all tickets at once?

if the agent locks a ticket and the ticket gets an follow up, only this agent gets an email. If a new ticket is created all agents who want to be informed and have this queue in my queue wil get the mail. So the beahaviour is completly correct

Create a queue, group, and system email specific to Joe. Make sure this is aliased to the box you fetch and the dispatch is by to or individual mailbox dispatched by Queue and queue has this system email address.

I now know how to direct emails to certain agent accounts, and I'm very happy and pleased.
Another thing, every time I add a new email to PostMaster Mail Accounts I get flooded with all emails in that persons email account.
Every email in that persons account gets fetched and keeps growing.
How can I fix this? This is catastrophic.

OTRS is not a replacement for personal mail accounts! use it for generic accounts like support
