Ticket Workflow for Customer Based

Dear Team,

I want to know that can we Create different workflows for each of my customers on boarded into OTRS.

I am Using OTRS with ITSM 3.1 on a Linux Platform.

Need your help in figuring out the ways of doing this.

please be more specific.

What kind of workflows etc..
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
