Hello all!
I'm considering upgrade my OTRS 3.0 to the new one, 3.2
I was also planning to subscribe to get some Addons. So, that's the thing... Some time ago I saw two features that are important to me: the Salesforce integration and another one which helps me manage the real spent time by the agents on each ticket (one that stops the SLA time accounting while the ticket is stuck on the client or manufacturer side). I cannot find anyone anymore and I don't find anything saying about that...
Is there anyone who knows about it? If so, I would appreciate your help! hehe
