OTRS ORA-01861 when configuring email

When I am configuring new IMAP account I got following error :

Setting the "NLS_DATE_FORMAT" AND "NLS_LANG" in /opt/otrs/scripts/apache2-perl-startup.pl

the problem is solved now.
