Looking for detailed instructions on how-to upgrade from Windows Installer 3.1.11 to 3.2.1.

Hi, into directory "C:\PATHOTRS\OTRS" exist the file "UPGRADING" (without extension), this file contains the upgrading instructions. Only you need make the steps like windows; by example, if the instruction is "shell> bin/otrs.RebuildConfig.pl" from DOS you need execute: "perl otrs.RebuildConfig.pl" (from the directory than contains this file).
