Question on control Survey

I established an additional OTRS Survey_Module 2.1.4 package on version 3.1.3. Everything works. It would be desirable to learn how to make so that poll went not the separate letter when closing demand, and in a body of the usual answer? And, still, how to adjust poll, only on resolve?
