Hi,
When I try to add a new Job in the GenerincAgent I´m receiving the following error:
502 - Web server received an invalid response while acting as a gateway or proxy server.
I´m not sure if I need activate this Option first in the ConfigSyst or if this error is in OTRS installation and IIS.
I hope to someone can help me with this error.

OTRS message reply failure
I have a similar error message when users attempt to reply to messages in OTRS. The error message is “502 – Web server received an invalid response while acting as a gateway or proxy server."
