Im an OTRS noob. I wonder if anyone can answer the following question:
1) If i want to create a change on a CI item, how do i do this? In Change Management i cant seem to see a link or field for CMDB items?
2) When i try to create a ticket i dont have any links to CMDB items?
Scenario:
Customer wants to apply patch to a particular server. We need to raise a Change Request, which requires approval from the Change board. How do i create a change where i can pick the item that exists in the CMDB?
