i am fresh on the database system... Do you guys have the link how to configure after installed the file 3.2.1??

please advise me... million thanks :)

read the admin manual, read the INSTALL file. Ask your database and Linux admins
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

I am also new, but found a huge startup at the following url: http://www.linuxjournal.com/content/mak ... steps-otrs
Also an search on otrs quickstart guide helped a lot..
Mail server is exchange, otrs is running on Ubuntu 18.04LTS, OTRS version is 6.0.28
