Hi,
Is there any easy way to solve that problem. Lets say i have 2 defined standard response templates:
-See You
-awaiting for automatic close
1)When agent chose stdResponse See You make him posible to change next state to open, closed, pending etc.
2) When agent chose awaiting, make him onli posible, to chose next state to pending auto close.
W think, tak it is possible to do via ACL, but not sure how to make filter on chosen standard response template.

There is a feature addon (http://www.otrs.com/en/software/otrs-he ... selection/) that allows to pre-select *one* state (you have to be a subscription customer to buy this add on).
