Some clients want to be able to generate some reports about their tikets.

Is it possible to give them an access for a specific report in the stats module?

If yes, how?

one way is to use the command line feature to generate/email the stats.
Though I would suggest you might schedule a stat to run at the client's (or your, for instance, once per week/month) desired frequency, rather than have the client do this on demand.

That way, you control all the parameters you want to display for the client and nothing else.
