excluding some titles in reports
Hi. Is it possible to exclude some ticket title to be not count in TicketAccumulation report? I know there is a field "title" in restrictions to the stat, but if i put some title there, i get the number of tickets with this title only. I want to get number of all tickets exluding this title. Is there any way to get this?
