After upgrading from 3.1.12 to 3.2.2 I found two Customers menu items in main menu. both - links to CustomersInformationCenter while the first(placed after Didgest menu item) have tooltip - to CustomerInformationCenter and another have tooltip - AdminCustomerUser, but execute CIC link.
On TicketZoom screen the InboundCall & OutbondCall menu items doubled in ticket menu and article menu.
How it can be?
RebiuldConfig.pl was executed successfully while upgrading.

I don't know 100% but it sounds like your Config has duplicate items. ZZZAuto.pm or ZZZAAuto.pm
Also check module registration in sysconfig, just in case.

I'll restore the default values in Framework::Admin::ModuleRegistration chapter for CustomerUser. Earlier I try to limit rights to menu item Customers for all agents except 2 groups - admin & another group which name was written wrong in cyrillic. After that - all fine.
