Hi,
i have process:
1. HR inform IT that we have new employee, by e-mail to otrs, so we have ticket "new employee"
2. IT make e-mail account
3. IT make SAP account and sets system rights
4. IT make other systems acess...
so i want change regular ticket, made form e-mail form HR, to process ticket to handle all steps in right order and right responibiliteies for individual steps.
Is that possible? Becouse i couldn't find anything to change ticket types.

I've got a similar issue.
Changing the ticket type works for me by changing the tickets priority.
However, the process itself doesn't start.
Did you manage to parse the ticket and start the process?
