Hello,
someone can say me if, creating ticket, is possibile associate multiple SLA to a single service?
i'd like configurate more SLA (3 for example) and after link these SLA to a one service.
My target is that when a customer submit a ticket and chooses a Service, AUTOMATICALLY OTRS must associate ALL SLA created and linked before.

Yes, it is possible to assign multiple SLAs to a service, but only one SLA will apply to a service/customer/ticket.
