too much time taking when click on mail submit

Hi,

When I replying to customers and click on "submit", it is taking too much time.

do you use SMTP?

I am using IMAP - Sendmail

With sendmail this should not happen, can you verify the settings?

the error is as below:

553 5.3.5 otrs.localdomain. config error: mail loops back to me (MX problem?)
554 5.3.5 Local configuration error

then fix your sendmail (or other used MTA) otherwise you will not be able to send emails
