appearance of multiple mail address field is confusing

Hello,

We are preparing the release update from 3.0 to 3.2.
In our opinion the handling of the "multi-address fields" when composing tickets is confusing.

We added a screenshot with an example. There you see the following situation:
At first the "From-address", below two field for the "To-address" , three fields for "Cc:" and two fields for "Bcc".
Only the last (always empty) field of every address group has a prefix explaining what kind of address this is.
The other fields above don't have such a prefix.
Due to this fact a user might misinterpret the meaning (or mapping) of the different addresses.

Typically our users expect such prefixes at the top of a group and not at the bottom.
Is there any chance to change this?
