Hi ,
while we are sending email ti ithelpdesk earlier it was generating ticket automatically which is not happening last two days.
It would great if any ideas.

What do the logs (OTRS log, webserver log) say?

Did you change the labels for priority?
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
