OTRS Nagios Integration

hi All!

I have installed OTRS3.2.1 & Nagios3 in ubuntu instance. but while integrating in nagios log i got following error

Check of service 'OTRS Number of tickets' on host 'localhost' did not exit properly!

also in otrs log i got follwing error mesage:

SystemMonitoring Mail: SystemMonitoring: Could not find host address and/or state in mail => Ignoring

what does it mean . however i have defined proper host in /etc/nagios3/conf.d/contacts_nagios2.cfg
