RichText Editor Controls

Hi

How can I change the Richtext-Editor controls which the customer can use in the customer view with OTRS 3.2.2?
We don't need smilies and other stuff, but we cannot turn it down because we use some elements for our templates.
Strange thing is that the Agent has a reduced view in the phone ticket window.
