Problem with adding new Widget on Dashboard !!

Hi i'm newbie to OTRS & Perl !!

Here i follow all the steps, but i'm little confuse about the 4th step :

1) how i will Run this Command ?

perl bin/otrs.RebuildConfig.pl


2) In which SysConfig ,, it will be available in SysConfig.pm or in (OTRS Admin SysConfig ) ?

and you have the new Dashlet definition available in your SysConfig

Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Dashboard
DashboardBackend###0600-TicketCustomerABC

1) On the commandline! Open a commandline change directory to OTRS_HOME (on most systems this is /opt/otrs). Then execute the command (perl ...)
2) It will appear in the SysConfig available via admin area
