Hi all,
I am new to OTRS::ITSM and ITIL, too. When create new ticket, ticket type is required, I know that if we open a RfC ticket, Change Manager can open change for that ticket. But what is the main role of this type field?
I also have no idea about workorder type.
Please help me and sorry for my bad English.
