Hello,
We are mostly using email as main communication than web interface.
We like, if a ticket is arrived, the same should be sent as it has arrived- meaning
Pure HTML, if any attachment that too included, and adding TicketID details in subject or in body.
Is it possible with OTRS ? How can this be done?

I tested with Core:Postamster, HTML2text, but that doesn't make sense.
why is that field?
And how can I forward HTML mails via
agent notification -> <OTRS_CUSTOMER_Body -> body should be in HTML.
Currently it suppresses any lines, color etc.

thats not possible and OTRS is not designed to work like this
