I'm new to OTRS, my version is 3.1.12. Can I integrate Master Slave package in it. If yes, where can I found the package.

via Package Manager (OTRS needs internet access for this)
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
