restoring otrs gives headache

hello team ,

i am using otrs since 3-4 month and restored 3-4 time on desktop server . every time it get restore on puting some effort if any issue arise.
but this time restoration is headache for me.

i am restoring in my IBM server of 64bit, centos6.0 php5.3.
first time while restoring , after it when browsing page doesnot display properly,

no graphic no color just text display like some has created for testing .
submit button is disable login button is disable,and also gives error of browser is too old to user OTRS .


then i again reinstalled OTRS and restored but this time restored properly but it gices error

i restarted httpd may times but no success same error,
i restarted otrs but same error.

why this happen what is reason.?

second day got little success while hit n try , got login in to server but it gives error...
in Agent login


1.Can't write '/opt/otrs/var/tmp/CacheFileStorable/CacheInternalGroup/c/0/c08876c3993d1c1b5ed3a7701aff063e': Permission denied

2.Scheduler process is registered but might not be running. ----- at top of page in red color

and in CUstomer login ,

when i click on create ticket it shows -----

server log is /var/log/apache2/error.log or equivalent (what? /var/log/httpd.error.log?) I don't know what it is for your system.
permissions is permissions. run otrs.SetPermissions.pl

Also, disable SELINUX on your CENTOS box.

i did most of option provided in forum and also by google.
i tried your option also but it doesnot resolve problem

Please explain the steps you took to install OTRS at the version you need to restore before restoring it and that the base install of OTRS worked or did not.

then it is working perfectly and the results you are achieving are to be expected.

At least, that's what my crystal ball says.

If someone approached you with YOUR question, what questions would YOU ask to get more information?

"doesn't display properly" and "I've got error messages" are not really helpful.

look at /var/log/syslog or /var/log/messages, your apache error log, etc.

Yeah, I'm not giving you fixes, either, because I'm not psychic. I don't know what version of OTRS you're using or method of installation. I would ASSUME that the base install before restore should work perfectly, but you didn't say anything about that.

I don't know how you restored, but if you did it following instructions, you wouldn't have problems.

i got what your saying and will follow also....

For now i want to say that.i again format the server to test again and rectify all those issue arised suring installation.

as i told i had installed otrs many times but i never failed.

BUt this time dont know why some time permission issue or apache issue are coming .

i formatted server again and installed OS centos 6 , package httpd mysql php perl .
and checkec apache is running or not.for now every thing is fine.
Hope now you are getting what iam saying.

now i installed otrs3.2.4 ver.
and after installing my apacahe stop working
httpd got failed and not going to start.
i restart server then also not started it get failed.

i removed otrs and httpd start running ....

so from this testing i get one point that installing otrs stop apache server...

i uninstalled otrs rpm and and apache start running...strange

now what you say about this issue and solution for that........

i think there is some issue in installing otrs.3.2.4 .

whenever i tried to install this ver. i never got success.infact always httpd got failed and then never got start.

i removed this ver. and install 3.2.2 ver. it work fine.

pls check is there is any bug in this 2.4 ver.

    Or if you are installing OTRS an a Windows system:
