otrs not send email after change password

Hello,

I changed password of agent "root@localhost, Admin OTRS" in web and now I don't receive none mail notification.

How I can solve this problem?

as these tow things are not connected to each other please read the logfiles
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
