In create customer, the default queue list is not coming.
I have enabled, group. And the customer , group has ro/rw access to one queue.
But that queue is also not coming in drop down? Is there any sysconfig configuration?

Re: Customer view Default queue selection not showing
did you create an ACL previously?
Did you do anything to restrict queues elsewhere?
Can you verify absolutely that the customer is a member of the queue?
Anything else is something you customized.

Re: Customer view Default queue selection not showing
Queue is support, group is aaa
Customer- has RO, RW permissions on that group aaa.
NO ACL used, defined.
Where else can be any configuration?
