Hi all,
I have a problem with the ticket state
As when the agents forward the ticket to solve it while the next state of the ticket should be "closed successful", the ticket still have "open" state
So, the agent have to "close" the ticket to make it dissapear from their dashboard
I checked all sysconfig related to the state type in (Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewForward) but no result
any help with this issue
The ticket doesn't close automatically after forward
