The installation ITSMIncidentProblemManagement.opm, add a field on the screen of the agent and also the client screen.
This is the field Ticket Type .
It is a selection field that displays values: Incident, Incident: ServiceRequest, RFC, ... etc.
These screening values are not translated.
In ConfigSys -> Ticket Settings -> Ticket Types there is values : Incident, ... etc. in English.
It can edit the values in Spanish, without interfering with the normal operation of the logic of OTRS ITSM?
