I want to add a module to OTRS, and I have no clue how to. Please share some wisdom in here, I'll be very thankful.

read the developer docs.
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
