Every time someone emails a ticket to OTRS and CC's an agents email address a duplicate ticket is created. Postmaster is only set to retrieve email from a single IMAP account. I have tried searching the forum and cannot find anything referencing this issue.

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

The only way this would create two tickets is if the source mailbox had two emails...
