(Solved) How to enable process ticket from customer portal?

Hello everyone,

I would appreciate you to explain me how can I enable the ticket process from the customer portal or validate if the option is not available in current version 3.2.6

This function does not exists yet
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
